The Al Basti Equiworld New Zealand Two Thousand Guineas® and Barneswood Farm New Zealand One Thousand Guineas® will be run at Riccarton Park this season.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there had been discussion around running them in the Northern region this year if travel restrictions were in place. No such impediment now exists.

The dates for the races are Saturdays, 7th and 14 November.
