The Annual General Meeting of Members of the Canterbury Jockey Club (Inc) will be held in the Tea House, Riccarton Park Racecourse at 5:30 pm on Wednesday 4 October 2023.

In accordance with the Rules of the Club, any notices of motion to amend the Rules of the Club and/or names of people proposed for appointment as a City Member of the Board and names of people proposed for election to the Committees of the Amberley Ward, Hororata Ward, North Canterbury Ward and Riccarton Turf Ward for the ensuing year must be received in writing at the Club’s registered office, Riccarton Park Racecourse by 4pm, Tuesday 12 September 2023.

In accordance with the Rule 4.2.5 of the Club three City Members shall retire each year:

Mrs D L (Dianne) Logie, Mr J J (Jeffrey) McCall, and Ms W M (Wendy) Wakefield, do so this year with all three offering themselves for re-election.

Ms R H M (Rachael) Sievers will retire from the Board at the Annual General Meeting therefore a vacancy on the Board will exist.
