Kylie Williams rides a treble

- She combined with PICK ME UP IN RIO to win the ‘El Doute at Stud Two-year-old’ for owner trainer Kevin James and HEEL BE JAKE for trainers Paul Harris and Kenny Moore in the days final event.
- In-between times she rode SHOWPIN to win the race named in honour of long-time racing photographer Colin Berry who recently retired after 60 years of capturing that winning thrill for owners in Canterbury.
- Riccarton Park owner trainer Karen Peters was a most popular figure at the winners weigh-in stall after preparing WHITNEY to win the 1400 metres maiden.
- The Pitman partnership trained two winners including JAMIE in the ‘gavelhouse.com Three-year-old’
